Co-Founder & CEO
Emil directs product and business vision at ContractRoom. 20 years as an entrepreneur in tech, media and design. Co-founded Megazines Publications and America Riches and held executive positions at NBA and Batanga Networks. First profitable startup at age 14. He is Vice-Chairman of Miami Music Project and a board member of EndPoverty.org. Stefanutti earned his degree in Design and Communications from the Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan, Italy.
Co-Founder & COO
Peter is responsible for ContractRoom's operations and financial success. Peter has 25 years of tech and finance experience. He developed the Case-Track software program for the legal industry at age 23, and was co-founder of Techna International and Entra Communications. Peter earned his BA from Denison University, and MS from Carnegie Mellon University.
Patrick oversees all technical architecture and engineering efforts at ContractRoom. He has over 20 years of experience in technology, as developer, architect, manager and implementer of multiple $100M technology strategies for global Fortune 500 corporations. Patrick was recently CTO for The Go Game and CIO for NatureBridge. Prior to that, he was Manager of Technology Strategy and Architecture with Deloitte, and an IT Manager with PwC and Progressive Insurance. He holds a BS, MS and MBA, all from Carnegie Mellon University.
Former President and COO, Micron Technology (NASDAQ: MU)
Mr. Benitez joined the founding team of Micron Technology, Inc. and held various executive positions there including President, Chief Operating Officer, and Board Member. He also served by US Presidential appointment as Deputy Assistant Commerce Secretary and Deputy Commerce Undersecretary. He was President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Board member of Paradigm Technology, Inc., a semiconductor company based in Santa Clara, CA. He has been involved in various public service projects in the areas of economic and microenterprise development. He holds a BSME degree from the University of Missouri - Rolla.
IT Executive with American Express, American Airlines and SWIFT
Currently CEO of Concordant Technology Group and a veteran technologist, Kailash has held executive positions at American Airlines, American Express, CIT and COVANSYS (Now CSC Inc). As head of technology, systems and support at SWIFT, his team scaled up the services and capacity of the worldwide messaging network between financial institutions. Kailash negotiated over $2 billion in technology procurement with various vendors. Dr. Khanna has a BS from Delhi University, a Masters and Doctorate from Columbia University and is a graduate of Harvard's International management program.
Entrepreneur with 25+ years of IT experience in insurance, financial services and telecommunications industries. He held key management positions with Nationwide, BankOne, Miradiant Global Networks, and SWIFT. He holds a BE from Indian Institute of Science and MBA from XLRI, India. He has PMP, TOGAF, ITIL and SAP certifications.
Former Chairman, PharmaChem Technologies
Pietro is a successful entrepreneur with global experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The founder of PharmaChem Technologies, a leading supplier for the life science industry (acquired by Groupe Novasep in 2007) and Pharmaceutical Fine Chemicals (acquired by AlliedSignal in 1998). Pietro is a sales, management and operations expert with a formidable track record in corporate acquisitions, turnarounds and mergers. Mr. Stefanutti was born in Italy and earned an Engineering degree from the University of Missouri.
Former Global Fleet President, Ryder System (NYSE: R)
During a thirty-four year career at Ryder System, Tony rose through the finance ranks from controller to President of the US Supply Chain ($1.6 billion revenue) and ultimately, President of the Global Fleet producing $3.7 billion in sales and managing $6 billion in assets and 11,000 employees. From 2005-2010, he significantly grew revenue and helped grow Ryder into a transportation and logistics powerhouse. Tony has a BS from Boston University and MBA from Boston College.

Regarded as one of the legal elite in America, Parker has been awarded and recognized for his 50-plus years of public service and client representation. As the founder of one of the top small firms in America, and recently managing partner of the Miami office of HoganLovells, LLP, Parker has represented myriad clients from the State of Florida to many communications companies, including the Miami Herald. Currently board chair of the Collins Center for Public Policy and, for over 20 years, board chair of the entity which created Miami-Dade County's half-billion dollar performing arts center, Parker is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Law School.
